The Independent Institution on Missing Persons in the Syrian Arab Republic, IIMP, invites eligible civil society organizations operating in Lebanon to submit proposals for a sub grant to support families of missing persons.

The grant will support community outreach, IIMP registration support, case management, mental health and psychosocial support, Cash for Protection and referrals for families of missing persons residing in Lebanon.

Application deadline: 4 November 2026, 17:00 Geneva time
Implementation period: Six months from the effective date of the signed grant agreement
Maximum grant amount: USD 80,000
Location of implementation: Lebanon. Applicants should propose one or two locations where they have established operational capacity and can deliver the full scale of activities.
Eligible applicants: Nonprofit civil society organizations, including national NGOs and community-based organizations, legally authorized to operate in Lebanon.

Applications must be submitted by email to iimp-grants@un.org no later than 4 November 2026 at 17:00 Geneva time.

Applicants should submit the completed application package and all required supporting documents in accordance with the full Call for Proposals.

Questions regarding the Call for Proposals may be submitted to iimp-grants@un.org from 28 October 2026 at 08:00 until 29 October 2026 at 12:00 Geneva time. Substantive clarifications relevant to all applicants will be shared through the same publication channel.
